The first target of Meltrade was to make a wide knowledge of Mitsubishi Electric product palette and brand name in the Hungarian market. Obviously the Mitsubishi products are working well in the production lines of Hungarian companies for a long time, but most of it was installed by foreign machine-builders. For the owners of these production lines Meltrade offers hi quality technical support, spare parts, trainings, warranty and over-warranty exchange/repair. Together with contracted system integrator partners Meltrade can offer installing, programming, executing complete projects with Mitsubishi products. The turnover of Mitsubishi Electric IDA products sold the Hungarian OEM customers, machine-builders is increasing continuously, its volume is close to double in every year. MELTRADE gives warranty and over-warranty exchange/repair service for Mitsubishi products was purchased in Hungary. During repairing -most of case- Meltrade can give/loan exchange spare parts. Together with contracted system-integrator partner Meltrade can apply for complete projects: planning, executing, installing, programming and maintenance, if it is required. Trainings in different level are also offered even on the customers places.
